Shrimp and Macaroni Casserole


 


1 1/2 pounds macaroni 4 tsp salt
1 tbsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined 2 tbsp Louisiana hot sauce
one 16-ounce bottle mild picante sauce

 

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then add the macaroni, salt, onion and garlic powders, olive oil, and cayenne and boil the macaroni until tender.  Drain.

Mix the macaroni, shrimp, hot sauce, and picante sauce together and pour into a casserole dish.  Cook in a preheated 350-degree oven for 1 hour.
