Barbecued Crabs

½ cup chili powder |
1 tbsp. Salt |

½ cup plain flour |
1 tsp. Hickory-smoked salt |

1 tsp. Ground cayenne pepper |
6 crab bodies |

1 tsp. Garlic powder |
Cooking
oil |

Put the dry ingredients in a heavy paper bag, and
shake to mix. Add crab bodies one at a time and shake. Fry crabs in
deep, hot oil (160 to 365 degrees) until done. Serves 4-6. |
