Crawfish or Shrimp Cocktail

For the sauce: |

| ½ cup picante sauce | |
|
1 cup catsup |
|
| ½ cup horseradish sauce | |
| ½ teaspoon salt | |
| 1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice | |
| ½ cup finely chopped fresh parsley | |
| Cayenne pepper to taste | |
| 8 to 10 pounds peeled boiled crawfish or shrimp | |

Combine all the sauce ingredients. Pour over the crawfish or shrimp or dip them in it. |
