Pork Loin

| cayenne pepper to taste | |
| one 5 1/2-pound bone-in pork loin roast | |

Build a fire on top of the Cajun microwave. Place a pan of water under the grill. Pat the garlic powder, salt, and cayenne into the pork loin, place on the grill, and put the lid down. After about 2 hours, you can pull up the lid and stick a sharp fork in the meat to see how tender it is . Cook until the fork slides easily in and out. |
