

Dis is a delightful dish. It is so easy to fix,
I garontee!

| Salt and Cayenne pepper |
Dressing of your choice,
if you like |
| 1 large hen |
2 cups of chicken
stock |

Rub salt and cayenne pepper into the hen, then place
it on a rack in a roaster pan. Stuff with the dressing, pour the stock
around the hen, and bake in a preheated 350-degree oven until tender and
done, 1 ½ to 2 hours, depending on the size of the hen.
