

Dis is a delightful dish. It is so easy to fix,
I garontee!

| 1 pound ground beef
chuck |
1 cup regular grits |
| 5 cups water |
2 1/2 tsp salt |
| Louisiana hot sauce
to taste |
Worcestershire sauce
to taste |
| 1 1/2 cups grated
cheddar cheese |
Garlic powder to taste |

Mix all the ingredients together in a large saucepan
and cook until the grits are firm, or the way you like them. Then put
the mixture in the top of a double boiler, cover, and cook for about 1
hour over low heat.
