

Dis is a delightful dish. It is so easy to fix,
I garontee!

| 8 to
10 pounds peeled boiled crawfish or shrimp |
|
| For
the sauce: |
|
| ½
cup picante sauce |
1
cup catsup |
| ½
cup horseradish sauce |
½
teaspoon salt |
| 1
tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice |
½ cup finely chopped fresh parsley |
| Cayenne
pepper to taste |
|

Combine all the sauce ingredients. Pour over the crawfish
or shrimp or dip them in it.
