Dis is a delightful dish. It is so easy to fix, I garontee!

8 to 10 pounds peeled boiled crawfish or shrimp  
For the sauce:  
½ cup picante sauce 1 cup catsup
½ cup horseradish sauce ½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice ½ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
Cayenne pepper to taste  

Combine all the sauce ingredients. Pour over the crawfish or shrimp or dip them in it.
