Dis is a delightful dish. It is so easy to fix, I garontee!

2 cups uncooked long-grain rice 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 tbsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dillweed 1/4 tsp celery seed
2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
3 tbsp olive oil  

In a medium-size pot, combine all the ingredients except the oil. Add enough water to cover the rice and come up to the first joint of your middle finger, then pour the oil over the surface of the water (this will keep it from boiling over). Bring the water to a boil and continue to boil until craters form in the rice. Reduce the fire to low and cook, covered, for 30 to 45 minutes, until the rice is done.
