

Dis is a delightful dish. It is so easy to fix,
I garontee!

| 1 pound
ground pork |
1 tablespoon
minced garlic |
| ½
cup finely chopped union |
½
teaspoon salt or taste |
| 1 teaspoon
ground cayenne pepper or to taste |
½ teaspoon
finely crushed dried mint |
| Other
spices of your liking |
1 cup plain bread
crumbs |
6 pork
chops, 1 inch thick, with a pocket sliced in the middle

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients
together, except the pork chops, in a bowl. Sprinkle salt and pepper on
the outside of each pork chop, then stuff the pocket of each with the
meat dressing, and place in a greased baking dish. Bake for 1 to 1½
hours.
