

Dis is a delightful dish. It is so easy to fix,
I garontee!

| 5 lb.
lean pork meat |
2 1/2
lb clear fat pork |
| 1/2
tsp sugar |
1/4
tsp ginger |
| 1/8
lb fine salt |
1/2 tsp pepper |
| 1/4
tsp dried mint |
|

Cut meat into small pieces, and season with sugar, ginger,
salt, pepper, and mint. Put through a food chopper, using the sausage
cutter and grind twice.
Pack into sterilized jars, and keep in a cool place.
Use as wanted. This can be frozen, too.
