
Bacon Potato Salad

8 cups potatoes, boiled and cooled
|
1 cup sweet pickles, chopped
|
|
½ lb. Bacon drippings and crisp fried bacon,
crumbled.
|
½ cup yellow mustard
|
|
1 cup onions, chopped
|
Salt to taste
|
|
Mayonnaise to taste
|
1 cup celery, chopped
|
|
1 cup dill pickles, chopped
|
2 tsp Justin Wilson Pepper Sauce
|

|
Peel and mash Potatoes. Add bacon dripping and
everything else. Very Simple to make.
