Sweet Potato Casserole

3 lbs.
Yams (canned or freshly cooked), |
1 cup
moist grated coconut |
|
Drained |
1 cup
honey |
|
1 cup
pecans, chopped and whole |
Marshmallows
|

1 #2
can crushed pineapple |
|
Mix first 5 ingredients together. Be careful not to get too much juice from yams. Cover top with marshmallows and bake at 325 degrees until marshmallows are brown-approximately 45 minutes.
This is a vegetable dish but it tastes like a dessert.
