Barbecued Crabs

½ cup chili powder

1 tbsp. Salt

½ cup plain flour

1 tsp. Hickory-smoked salt

1 tsp. Ground cayenne pepper

6 crab bodies

1 tsp. Garlic powder

 Cooking oil

Put the dry ingredients in a heavy paper bag, and shake to mix. Add crab bodies one at a time and shake. Fry crabs in deep, hot oil (160 to 365 degrees) until done. Serves 4-6.
